The Hoblit automotive story began in Colusa, California in 1949, when the family opened a small Ford dealership serving local farmers, ranchers, and families. As the business grew, the next generation stepped in.

Wayne Hoblit helped guide the Colusa store through decades of change in the auto industry, building a reputation for straight talk and taking care of customers long after the sale.

Dave Hoblit then carried the family legacy forward, leading the business through modernization, expansion, and the evolution into a multi-store group while staying true to the small-town values the family was known for.

In 1999, the family expanded into Yolo County, purchasing the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership in Woodland, CA. That store would become Hoblit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and it’s been serving drivers from Woodland, Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Davis, Yuba City, and beyond ever since.

Today, the current generation continues the legacy:

Chad Hoblit serves as Owner and General Manager of Hoblit CDJR in Woodland, overseeing day-to-day operations, customer experience, and community partnerships.
